How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded plan for 14 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

How does the cloud phone work?

Make and receive calls and send or receive text messages in eServeCloud by purchasing local and toll-free numbers starting at $2/month. Once you enable the phone feature, you’ll receive an initial credit worth $3 to make phone calls or send messages. You can always top up your credits from “Plans & Billing” in your eServeCloud account. Check phone call rates.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you decide to stay with us, you upgrade to your chosen plan during or after the trial period.

Is my data safe?

We take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a AWS data centers that are the same used by major cloud service providers. Our applications are always up-to-date with the latest security patches.

Does my phone system need any new hardware? Is there anything to install?

No. Phone Calls are received at the phone number you have specified. And Text Messaging is done on your computer and does not require any hardware changes to your current phone system. eServeCloud web app supports Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However we recommend running the solution on the Chrome browser.

Can I use eServeCloud for mass marketing like using short codes?

eServeCloud is a Business-to-Consumer conversational communication service that is used to enhance customer engagements at a personal, individual level. Long code texting like our landline and toll free services utilize your company’s existing phone number Short code texting, on the other hand, is used for mass marketing purposes, and different usage rules apply. We do not condone the use of this service to solicit mobile users with any unwanted text messages. We have a zero tolerance policy for SMS spam and reserve the right to immediately cancel the service for any account that does so. To learn more, please read our Terms of Use Agreement.
